Once I was able understand this and put intentional actions into place, my progress and self-confidence were positively impacted, and I managed my high-stakes academics productively and with grace.
My passion for supporting students to achieve their goals led me to earn dual Master's degrees in Social Work (2004) and Adult Learning and Leadership (2009) at Columbia University, along with completing an extensive ICF-approved executive coaching program.
With experiences spanning from the ivy leagues to private and public institutions, I have served students in capacities such as coaching services, health and well-being promotion, and academic accommodations. Over the past decade, I proudly served as the Director of Educational Support and Disability Services at the University of Maryland, Baltimore.
With over 20 years in higher education, I committed my professional life to academia. Now I stand ready to serve you, passionate learner, wherever you are on your journey!
